Basic Home Maintenance Package:

Includes: Dryer vent cleaning, Refrigerator coil cleaning, Dishwasher inspection and filter cleaning, Water heater maintenance, Furnace filters replacement, A/C unit inspection and cleaning, Bathroom fan cleaning and maintenance, Return air vent & register cleaning

One-Hour To-Do List:

Give me your to-do list of small projects around the house and I will knock out as many as I can in one hour. Small items include changing aerators, changing light bulbs, tightening towel bars, leaky shower heads, adjusting interior doors to close properly, adjusting cabinet drawers and doors, installing new weather stripping. Although each task is unique, typically I can get between 4-7 small tasks done in one hour. This can include newly installed items, but fees will be added for materials.

Includes one visit every three months for seasonal maintenance and upkeep. Package includes  Gutter cleaning and Pressure washing on top of your choice of four tasks from the above list each visit.
