We hired Zeb to demo a loft storage space in our garage that had been built very poorly by a previous owner. The job was complicated, in an awkward spot and honestly a bit dangerous. Zeb and his crew removed the loft, hauled away all the debris from the structure, capped off the electrical and left the space clean and neat. We very much appreciated his responsiveness to our emails and texts. I've worked with many contractors and more often than not I don't receive callbacks or responses to emails for bids. Our final invoice was higher than he bid, however we somewhat expected this since he had bid the work from photos we provided. The pricing was still very reasonable and the work was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Zeb again.
